Specific Characteristic
- My initial thoughts could have been more exciting. I did not like the smell of the wine. It smelt very acidic. It was very flavorful on the mouth. It was on the drier side. I could pick up the notes of honey and sour apple. I have this wine chilled with pork and potatoes. The food stayed the same taste as I thought it would.
